Garage Door Panel with PU Foam Inside

1. Finger-protective and seamless. The connection of the face board and the back board is on the back of the panel and overlapped four layers. No need of inner backer plates/strip and you can fix hinges anywhere you like.
2. Wool-strips are inserted to reduce friction, so that the door runs quietly, provide a better seal.
3. The back steel sheet is inserted in the foam material about 15mm, two pieces of steel sheet will be never isolated from the foam.
4. The Concave and convex panel uses the unique interface design and the connection of the face board and the back board is on the back of the panel and overlapped four layers. Under the heavy pressure, Concave interface will take the force to guarantee the panel not cracks. It is easy to crack for the traditional interface, but the Concave and convex panel will not.
